Common questions
How long does SECP incorporation take?
Name reservation and incorporation through the SECP eServices portal usually completes within a few working days once documents are in order. Bank account opening and tax registration follow.
Do I need a shareholders' agreement if we are only two founders?
Yes. The agreement decides what happens if one founder leaves, stops contributing or wants to sell. It is far easier to agree these terms at the start than during a dispute.
