Common questions
How long does trademark registration take in Pakistan?
Typically 18 to 36 months from filing to registration certificate, depending on IPO Pakistan's workload and whether the application is objected to or opposed. Your rights date back to the filing date once registered.
Can I register a trademark used only online?
Yes. Use in commerce, including online sales, supports registration. We advise on the right classes for goods, services and e-commerce.
