Common questions
Can my employer terminate me without notice?
It depends on your contract, your category of employment and the applicable labour law. Many terminations without notice or pay in lieu are challengeable. Bring your contract and termination letter and we will advise.
Does my company need a harassment policy?
Yes. Employers are required to adopt a code of conduct and constitute an inquiry committee under the harassment law. We prepare both.
