Common questions
Are electronic signatures legally valid in Pakistan?
Yes. The Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 gives legal recognition to electronic documents and signatures, with some exceptions such as certain property instruments. We advise on where an e-signature is sufficient and where a wet signature or registration is still required.
Does my app need a privacy policy?
Yes. App stores require one, and users and regulators expect it. It should accurately describe what you collect, why, and with whom you share it.
